For international shipments, we cannot be responsible for import tariffs, customs fees, or shipping delays due to international shipping, and if you refuse shipment for any reason we will deduct any actual shipping, customs and other costs incurred by us from any refund that is given to you.

When you purchase an item from us and it becomes apparent that it is faulty...please forward the item back to us at your expense. Our jeweller (with 30 years experience) will investigate the item, and if he determines that it is a manufacturing fault we will refund the postage and repair the item free of charge. If on the other hand the damage has been caused by an accident, we will repair the item at cost for up to two years.

Added to this 2 year quality guarantee is a lifetime service guarantee. This service includes a free polishing service, cleaning service (RRP $25), free resizing (RRP $45) tightening of your claws (pendants, rings, earrings RRP $50) and free rhodium plating with all engagement rings (RRP $120).

Jono and i had been looking for quite a long time to find an engagement ring. Our expereince with this was not very successful and we never seemed to feel welcomed into the jewellery shops. We did not enjoy just choosing a ring in the window and then trying it on while the sales person told us how much it was worth. None of the sales people seemed to help us with information about diamonds, it seemed to be all about the money.

When we came and saw you we had a completey different expereince. We found that you really valued as us customers and genuinely wanted to help us find our perfect ring.

You gave us a diamond lesson which was very informative and helpful. We knew a bit about diamonds but you definately brought a lot of clarity to what we didn't understand.

We loved being able to filter through magazines and pictures, picking and choosing the right ring designs for us.

You listened and understood what we wanted for our ring and did not try to force your opinion on us at all.

It was fantastic to see the ring come togther in a drawing, you put down on paper exactly what we were thinking.

Choosing the diamond was easy and the one that was chosen is beautiful.

We left the shop feeling completely confident that you would design our ring exactly the way we wanted it. It felt so good to know that it was in the care of someone who knew what they were doing and were committed to making us happy. We were looking forward to coming back halfway through the process!!

When we came back and met with Musimo he looked after us well and any changes we made to the ring he did them for us on the spot. It was great to be able to come halfway through the process and actually see how my ring was being made. Again, we walked away with nothing but a feeling of confidence.

When Jono proposed and i first saw the ring i was blown away by how beautiful it was. I get so many comments about how beautiful and unique it is and i love being able to say that we designed it together.
