Australian Opal Cutters Watch Guarantee
Australian Opal Cutters watches are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and or workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. To obtain service under guarantee the watch should be returned directly to Australian Opal Cutters.
This guarantee becomes invalid if the watch has been misused, abused or tampered with by unauthorised persons. Customer Refund PolicyAustralian Opal Cutters, Australian Pearl Divers & Australian Diamond Cutters So our customers are completely satisfied, as part of our company customer service policy we will gladly replace goods at cost price for cracks and accidental damage for up to 2 years. However, due to the difficulty in determining if a crack is accidental or a design and manufacturing fault, the goods must be assessed by our master jeweller who has over 30 years experience in this area and knows how to determine the exact nature of a crack or chip. Until the goods are assessed we can assure you that we will do all we can to maintain communication with the customers and to repair or replace the goods at no cost if it is our internal fault or at cost price if it has been accidentally damaged. When posting items to Australian Opal Cutters for assessment of damage, we recommend that you use registered Australian Post or FEDEX courier. We also recommend the customer keeps proof of postage as it is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of the goods until it is delivered to Australian Opal Cutters. Goods must be received and assessed by Australian Opal Cutters before any refund or repairs can proceed. The customer is required to pay postage for the returned goods, however if after assessment it is determined that it is a design fault the customer will be reimbursed. Please remember to choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind, however so as our customers are fully satisfied we will gladly exchange or credit any item.
Internet orders: If it’s not what you expected,Opals have colours that move, we will firstly determine if it is different in any way. If there is an obvious difference, return the item and we will refund once item is returned
Or it got damaged in the post, Or lost?Damaged in the post is not our responsibility – you must claim insurance against fedex and/or your postal company. When using Fedex get it Registered & insured.Our credit terms for returns/refunds is replacement of item within 30 days. |
