I am writing in regards to obtaining a free upgrade lifetime warranty for opal jewelry purchased: 1 doublet necklace and 2 doublet rings. Me and my mother visited your store while visiting my brother in Sydney. Our salesman, Kei Ota, was very informative and eager to help us.
