I am writing in regards to obtaining a free upgrade lifetime warranty for opal jewelry purchased:  1 doublet necklace and 2 doublet rings.  Me and my mother visited your store while visiting my brother in Sydney.  Our salesman, Kei Ota, was very informative and eager to help us.  He was patient with us while we made our decision and tried to assist in any way possible to ensure we were happy with the jewelry that we purchased.
