Our salesman, Kei Ota, was very informative and eager to help us. He was patient with us while we made our decision and tried to assist in any way possible to ensure we were happy with the jewelry that we purchased.
It is important to note that the necklace we bought was mislabeled. We made Kei aware of this at time of purchase. It is recorded on receipt as "doublet pendant with cubic zirconia", however the necklace purchased does not have cubic zirconia and is only an opal doublet pendant.
We thank you for making our purchasing experience positive and being so accommodating and helpful. We can't wait to show off our australian opals here at home in the states!
